Greg Vernon was born and raised in St. Louis. He attended Vianney High School and graduated from The University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. He has worked as a Loan Officer, Manager and Owner since 1999. “I have seen the rise and fall in the mortgage industry in the past thirteen years, but I can say with the utmost sincerity that there has been no better time than now to purchase or refinance your home.” Greg also spent two years working for St. Louis’s largest home builder and specializes in new home construction, purchase and refinance transactions. Greg has a “tell it like it is” philosophy which endears him to his clients. “My goal isn’t to tell people what they want to hear, I want to provide the facts and enjoy offering loan analysis which educates my clients and ultimately puts them in a comfortable position when they make their decision, which is the way it should be.” Greg now lives in O’Fallon, MO with his wife Victoria and their son Jack.
